But V10 has new things that are GPU intensive that will probably be very slow on the 3,1 MacPro.Īll that being said, the general performance of Resolve on a 3,1 MacPro is that is can barely play back an HD ProRes clip at 24 FPS, and only with a couple of nodes of basic correction. If that level of performance is adequate for you, V10 will likely not be much worse for similar color correction types. Once you put V9 on your system, you will see how poor the MacPro 3,1 performance is with Resolve. Just don't expect it to work any better than V9. We probably won't test it on that platform, but I'm sure people will try it.
